About the Process

At TSI Processors, the Electro Galvanizing (Colour Coated Line) process begins with high-quality steel coils that are uncoiled and thoroughly cleaned through pickling and rinsing to remove all impurities. A thin zinc layer is then electrochemically applied to provide superior corrosion resistance. The steel passes through a temper mill to enhance flatness and strength, followed by the application of a primer and color coating for a vibrant, durable finish. Controlled curing and cooling ensure perfect adhesion of the coating, and finally, the sheets undergo rigorous inspection before being cut or recoiled, ready for delivery with exceptional quality and longevity.
